A Stray Kitten

In this morning, about a little after six o'clock, when all the people of my family was sleeping, we heard mewing. But we have no cats. We wondered at that, looked out of the window. And one gray kitten was in a veranda! My house is a corner room apartment. So we could surmise that this kitten came from a neighboring house. In the meantime, the kitten jumped onto a fence of the veranda! My house is on the fifth floor! Our tension rose in an instant. But the kitten came down after a while, so my father caught it soon. After that, our neighbor came for their kitten. Today began with little matter.

His Wall, My Wall

He loves someone, hates someone, entreats someone and despairs someone. Someone who meet him are human. All of them are human. He loves human and fears human. But he is also human. So, he is distressed. I think that he might as well hate all of human. But it is not so easy, so it bothers him.
In this CD, he pines for a girl, feels the wall between everyone who around him and him and see himself as he is. I feel his cry and sob in everywhere in the songs he wrote. I can understand his fear very well. So, my heart is ready to break to listen to his songs, but also I feel so deep love with him.

Japanese Politics Changed

Yesterday, the time when historical moment came. It had been the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan for a very long time. But now, changing of government was a success.
Yesterday, I went to vote for the first time. It is said that the young aren't interested in political things, but I don't think so. This time, so many people including young people have been paying attention to politics. So the voter turnout was pretty good.
The first thing I'm interested in is about an annuity. The LDP government gave rise to be a hole in the situation of an annuity. I think it is monstrous. Thanks to the very hard work of the old that I am today. But some of old people can't receive an annuity. Such problem is unacceptable. So, I really hope that this problem solve as soon as possible.

It's My Life Line

This is a jacket for CARNIVAL. This CD is released by Tsubakiya-Sijusou(椿屋四重奏). I'm a big fan of them, so of course I bought it.

This album contains so many feelings. Love, fear, resignation... The vocalist, Yuji Nakada shows his delicacy in this album. He lives, loves someone, wraps her weekness and also reveal his uneasiness. I feel his shivering to listen to this album. The more I listen to it, the more I love it, I think.

Human

I was delivered by their songs in my junior and senior high school days. I spent a difficult time, so I really thank to them. Their name is Japaharinet. They have various expressions. Sometimes they sing cheerfully, sometimes they spill out their insanity, sometimes they grieve for human, and sometimes they fall in love like their first love. I was charmed with their human-likeness. I cried and laughed with them. So, I'm here now.

Unfortunately, Japaharinet spilt up before. But I'm still a big fan of them.

Can You Hear Me?

I bought a CD "Stairway Generation". This is the CD of Base Ball Bear. I have many CDs of them, but this one became my particular one. I listened this song for the first time, I felt something in the lyrics. All the lyrics was written by the vocalist, Yusuke Koide. He showed his feelings and bittersweet memories of love in his teens in the lyrics. But in this new song, there is his doubt, loneliness, fear and thirst.

The reason is his recent state. I read a music magazine and I knew that. He had two terrible sad things and he felt various wall. For example against other people, music and himself. His mind wavered horribly. But he decided to show his real feelings in the lyrics. And, this song was finished. I was also troubled almost same things, so I was really impressed by this song.

Movie

I want to watch one movie. It's "MW". MW is a Japanese movie, and the author of the original work is Osamu Teduka who is the most famous caricaturist. He produced so many popular cartoons, such as "Astro Boy", "Buddha", "Black Jack". He took the readers with him, and he has still many fans. But there is the only production considered taboo in his cartoons. You know, MW is that. Among the many of his productions, MW forms a distinctive feature. It have been said that filming MW as a live-action movie with real actors is impossible, but now made a live action movie to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Osamu Teduka's birth.


The story began from 16 years ago. In one island, Okinomafune-jima, all the islanders were slaughtered except for two boys. But the holocaust was covered up by a government. Today, 16-odd years, one of the survivor, Michio Yuki became a handsome man and a foreign capital bank clerk elite. But his real aspect is a vicious criminal. Michio began to be avenged upon a government and the world.


Other survivor, Iwao Garai became ordained a priest. Iwao tries to release from the past through prayers. And Michio repents over again after he commit a crime with Iwao. Iwao wanted to deliver him from agony. They are firmly bound together by rigid ties, and struggling against their past.

In the movie, Hiroshi Tamaki plays the part of Michio. Hiroshi Tamaki is a so popular hand-some actor. He acted many TV dramas and TV commercials, such as "Nodame cantabile", "Love Shuffle". And Iwao is played by Takayuki Yamada. He is also popular actor. He has inimitable presence, and he is said that he is a talented actor. He acted various productions. For example, "CROWS ZERO", "CROWS ZERO Ⅱ", "Densya Otoko". One of the reason why I want to watch this movie is I'm fan of Takayuki Yamada. I really want to watch it!

What Is Beauty?

They are 椿屋四重奏 (tsubakiya-sijusou). The members are starting from the left, Ryota Kodera (drams), Takashige Nagata (bass), Yuji Nakada (vocal and guitar) and Takuro Yasutaka (guitar).

This band is often expressed with one kanji. It's "艶". It means glossy and luscious. I think the reason is a vocalist, Yuji Nakada's voice. He sings captivating love with his seductive voice. So, when I listen to their songs, I'm taking over their distinctive atmosphere.

October 11, I will go and enjoy their live concert. It is my first their live concert, so I'm looking forward to it very much.

Rapunzel is a famous story written by The Brothers Grimm. A disobedient girl, Rapunzel is a main character, and others are wicked witch and brave Prince Hans.

One married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Rose lived in a small house on a beautiful garden. But the garden belonged to a wicked witch, so nobody can enter it. One day, pregnant Mrs. Rose wanted green vegetable in witch's garden. Mr. Rose went down into the garden with terrible fear, and pulled up a rapunzel. At that time, he was discovered by the witch! The witch said that she would eat him. Mr. Rose requested leave that for his life. Then, the witch suggested to give her a baby in exchange for quiting to eat him. At last, he accepted her demand.
As soon as Mrs. Rose gave birth to a girl, the witch appeared to take the baby. And the witch named the girl Rapunzel. Mr. and Mrs. Rose lost their precious child.
And then, Rapunzel became more beautiful as her grows older, and also she had long long golden hair and blue eyes. For fear that someone would snatch Rapunzel, the witch shut in a tower with no door in the weird, deep forest. Rapunzel had to be at the top of the tower. And the witch climbed the tower with hung Rapunzel's long hair from her room.
Rapunzel spend boring days, because she saw nothing special, had nothing to do. One day, one prince named Hans happened to pass by the tower. He noticed Rapunzel, and she asked him to the tower to seek help from a restraint from the witch. Then, they thought out a means to escape from the tower. It was that Prince Hans bring a ball of silk, and Rapunzel make a ladder from them.
Their plan was going along smoothly. The ladder became longer, almost completion. But one day, Rapunzel made a slip of the tongue by vocal about Prince Hans. The witch became enraged and transferred Rapunzel to the middle of the desert to never see him! At night, Prince Hans not knowing that, climbed the tower as usual. But the top of the tower was unusual. There was no beautiful girl, but there was a wrinkled old woman. The witch sneered, and pushed him off from the top of the tower. Fortunately, he was saved from death, but he lost his sight.
Prince Hans didn't give up. He was searching Rapunzel everywhere for months. Finally, he got intelligence about a beautiful girl with long golden hair and blue eyes from a camel seller. He hurried to the desert by a carriage. And then, they pledged to meet again! Rapunzel threw her arms around his neck and began to cry filled with joy. Just then, her tears fell onto his eyelids. And surprisingly, his eyes began to operate normally!
After that, they got married and lived in Prince Hans' castle with their children named Pumpkin, Lettuce and Sprout!

Rapunzel is very famous story all over the world. Of course I know, but I have never read it. So, I read it for the first time. And I felt the strength of love and women. Rapunzel is so wonderful story, I think.

BOOK REVIEWS #11 (The Burglar's Breakfast)

This story is a burglar, Alfie Briggs' one day. He only wanted to have breakfast... But?!

Alfie finished night thieving, and came home to have breakfast. Having breakfast is important thing for him. On his way home, he decided to eat cornflakes as breakfast. But he found that there was no box of cornflakes! And then, he found that there was a trail of cornflakes on the street from the door. It was definite that someone stole his cornflakes, so he started to hunt down the culprit. He traced a trail, and finally found the culprit! It was a dis pleased goat with two sharp horns! Alfie gave up his cornflakes, and changed his mood. He decided to eat scrambled egg for his breakfast.
On his way home, he stepped on shells of eggs beside the hedge. On the other side of the hedge, there was one good-humored fox surrounded many shells of eggs. At that time, he noticed one thing. The eaten eggs was Alfie's! Alfie decided to eat sardines as his breakfast with anger.
But there was no sardine in his refrigerator. He had somebody who stole his sardines in mind. His expectation was right. A cat stole his breakfast! He became very angry, and kicked it out of the house. The left alternatives of breakfast menu was a few. Next, he choose waffles for his breakfast.
There weren't waffles he wanted. There were just beaten waffles. Two mice were culprits, but they didn't eat whole waffles. Still, Alfie had no mind to eat waffles. Then, he spotted one thing in a kitchen.
It was a juicy grapefruit! So, he need only the sugar now. But the sugar was stolen by creepy ants! Furthermore, the ants stole the sugar under Alfie's nose! Alfie was roused to anger, and threw away the grapefruit with breaking through the window.
Finally he went out to have breakfast, and had enormous breakfast at a cafe. But he was not in the mood, because he felt the feeling of burgled people for the first time. He decided to wash his hands of burglar. At that time, he found an article on a newspaper. It was an advertisement offering employment of a detective service office. He thought back to what he did today. He followed a trail of cornflakes, tracked down his eggs and devious fox, caught a cat which stole Alfie's sardines, and spotted that creepy ants stole the sugar. He had confidence to be a detective in himself.
In fact, the detective office hired Alfie the same day. There was no precedent like Alfie. But he became an expert detective, and he was actively involved in catching many crooks.

This story is one burglar's one. But there is somehow a warm, friendly atmosphere in this story. Alfie is lovable person, I think.

The Day I Lost

I lived with my parents, grandmother, uncle, two aunts and two cousins to six. There were many people in our house. But I was always alone, because my father, uncle and two aunts went to work, and two older cousins went to school. My mother had a weak constitution, so she was entering hospital. My grandmother was only in our house, but she did all the household chores in large house by herself. Though I was little, I knew that she is so busy. So, I couldn't say any selfishness. To tell the truth, I wanted to spend with someone much more time. But I couldn't.

I had one more family. It was a cat named Mi. Mi was beside me for as long as I can remember. When I was playing house alone, before I know, Mi was sitting beside me quietly. I was glad that very much, because I got a guest to entertain with dishes I prepared as playing house. And I often had to go to bed alone. It was the loneliest time in a day. But in morning, I awoke to find Mi was sleeping in a same bed.

I have never thought that Mi is a pet. Mi is my older sister. Mi is precious figure for me. But one day, Mi ceased to be suddenly. Mi was killed in a car accident. It was just in front of our house. I was overwhelmed with terrible grief. I lost kind, gentle sister. I became real alone.

I'll never forget about Mi. She is my precious family member.

About Last Sunday

Last Sunday, I joined a lecture of wheelchair. This lecture is held by freshman or sophomore people in three volunteer club of KGU every year. I belong to one of them, and I was also position of management twice. But this time, I joined that event as supporter. I was glad to see that juniors were persistent for the lecture.
The contents of the lecture are to know about basic knowledge of wheelchairs and pushing or using wheelchairs, and feel the what people who are wheel chair users' thinking. At that time, we couldn't only learn them but other handicapped people's daily life. I think that the event was so good! My juniors, thanks for all your hard work!

About Last Friday

Last Friday, I watched a movie "ROOKIES" with my friend. ROOKIES was a Japanese popular drama. I also watched it every week with my family, and I have its DVDs. So, I was really looking forward to watch that movie. I can't describe the detail of it, because I think there are some people who want to watch it but still can't. But I can say only this, ROOKIES is so exciting and great movie! My friend and I cried at the movie so much! I want people who have even little interest about it to watch that movie!
After that, I had a drinking party with my fellows and superior of my part-time job at night. We have good relationship with all the people in my part-time job, so I had so happy time at the party!

BOOK REVIEWS #10 (The story of Chocolate)

This story tells the history of chocolate. So many people participated in advancement of chocolate.

The beginning of chocolate's history is a thousand years ago. The people lived in the rainforest in central America, Mayan tasted pods of cocoa trees. They let the beans of cocoa trees rot under banana leaves, and dried them in the sun, then ground the roasted beans into a paste, and in conclusion stirred them in water with spices. They drunk them for pleasure. But to tell the truth, it was very bitter. And then, Mayan began to cultivate cocoa trees. Even more, Mayan kings and priests drunk it every day, and cocoa beans used as tool of a ceremony in a wedding, or as money. Chocolate is so important for Mayan. In evidence of that, they painted cocoa trees on their pots, walls... everything!
Hundreds of years later, a group of merchants visited Mayan village to find exotic goods to dedicate to their emperor. They are called Aztecs. Mayans presented Aztecs cocoa beans. Aztec merchants brought back them, and emperor had a liking for them. But getting cocoa beans was hard for Aztecs, so poor people couldn't get them. A chocolate dream of the poor spread rapidly. They thought that chocolate came with the god, Quetzalcoatl from a paradise. They built grand temples to deify Quetzalcoatl, and offered chocolate drinks.
In 1519, a Spanish explorer, Hernan Cortes invaded Aztec. They had many battles. Emperor of Aztec, Montezuma wanted to make peace, the battles ended. Montezuma gave Cortes chocolate drink. But Cortes kept Aztec under Cortes' control. In 1528, Cortes carried back so many treasures of Aztec including cocoa beans. After that, Spanish prince, Philip heard about the drink, and sent to central America for some Aztecs. He got chocolate paste from them, and made it more sweeter and hotter. A gossip of chocolate spread, and drinking chocolate is all the rage with rich people.
Improvement of many equipments brought big business of turning cocoa beans into chocolate drinks. In 1847, an English chocolate maker succeeded making chocolate bar by trial and error! With this as, so many chocolate makers started making chocolate bar, and there was a trend for trying to give birth to new style of chocolate. In 1883, one candlemaker made delicious milk chocolate.
By the 20th century, the today's methods of making chocolate bars accomplished, and so many chocolate makers competed to invent new great chocolate. In 1907, Milton Hershey made new shape chocolate. It named "Kisses" and it was a big hit. In 1912, an American candy maker, Howell Campbell made first mixed chocolate snack. He stirred peanuts, caramel and marshmallows into chocolate, and he called it "Goo Goo Cluster". That same year, another big invention was born. A Belgian chocolate maker, Jean Neuhaus invented hard chocolate shells to stuff mixed chocolate in them. After that, so many factories (large or small) got heated about making original chocolate snack.
In 1824, John Cadbury opened a tea and coffee shop in England. He also sold original chocolate drink. After his shop succeeded, he organized a cocoa and chocolate factory. In 1911, Frank and Ethel Mars began to sell homemade butter-cream candies. In 1923, a melted milk chocolate bar they made caught on! It was nougat with caramel and milk chocolate on its top. After that, in 1941, their son named Forrest invented never melt with body temperature chocolate snack. It's sugar-coated chocolate drops. They named it M&M's, because the chocolate drops were made by Mars and an American, Bruce Murrie gave some money for their project. Now, we can buy it all over the world.

I really like chocolate! But I didn't know the history of chocolate. I'm glad to know about that.

The Source Of My Vigor

My part-time job is teaching English to junior high school or high school students at cram school. The most important thing of my part-time job is having good communication with each students. I need smile for them to attain that, I think. But sometimes, I can't make smile very well. Because I'm really tired, I had very sad thing... or any other reasons. At that time, I contact with students with a strained smile, because if I have no smile, students feel some anxiety. But before I know, real smile comes me through communication with my pretty students! I'm always cheered up by them.

BOOK REVIEWS #9 (THE DINOSAURS NEXT DOOR)

One inventor Mr. Puff lives in a tall, little odd house. His neighbor and friend is Sam. Sam often visits Mr. Puff after school and see many his inventions.

One day, Mr. Puff showed one thing to Sam. They were dinosaurs eggs! Just then, one blue spotted egg began to jiggle and finally hatched! After that, others also hatched and there are four little dinosaurs! Mr. Puff and Sam fed them some cat food and salad after the dinosaur book belongs to Sam.
As days go by, dinosaurs grow and become bigger and bigger. Mr. Puff began to feel fear of them. So, Mr. Puff talked about that to Sam. Sam said him "Can't you invent something to stop growing of them?" The words impressed Mr. Puff, because Mr. Puff invented a machine to make things shrink or grow.
They made dinosaurs shrink with the machine smoothly. But when then try to shrink last one at the bathroom, Sam slipped and missed the target. Mr. Puff and Sam became as small as dinosaurs! So even small dinosaurs was mighty menace for them. But then, the cat which was so big for them of Mr. Puff helped them.
They began to ready for returning to their original sizes. They got to the extent of shifting the lever of the machine. If they shift it, they will be able to return. But they are too small and light to shift it. Just then, Mr. Puff's cat jumped on the machine and shifted it with her paw. They returned to real them! Then, Mr. Puff and Sam caught the small dinosaurs in a harry.
After that, Sam often came to saw Mr. Puff's cat and gives her a saucer of milk as a proof of his thank.

I really like dinosaurs since I was a little girl. I don't know the cause of that, but I had so many books or picture books about them and I liked watching them. So, this story made me so excited!

BOOK REVIEWS #8 (JASON AND THE GOLDEN FLEECE)

This story is about long ago in Greece. There was a boy, Jason who was to have been the king of the island Iolcos. The throne was stolen by his uncle, Pelias.


When Jason had grown into a fine young man, he decided to get back his throne from Pelias and visited him. But Pelias set troublesome conditions as reward of the throne. It was to bring the Golden Fleece which was far away in a place, Colchis. Jason accepted his demand unwillingly.

After that, man named Argus built his ship. And Jason collected the crew. Then, so many people hoped to join his adventure. They were Orpheus (a musician and a beautiful huntress), Hercules (the strongest man in the world), North Wind's twin sons (who has wings on their ankles) and so on. Jason received all the people. Jason named the ship Argo and crews Argonauts.

After a departure, they had many obstacles, for example a battle with so big and hairy king Amycus, removing Harpies and escaping from clashing rocks. But they got through them in cooperation with crews.

At last, they reached Colchis. Jason visited the king of Colchis, Aeetes. And Jason told him the reason why came here. But Aeetes attached a condition that digging up a field with tame two bulls and sow the field with dragon's teeth. Jason and crews didn't know what to do.

At that time, there was a person who tearing her hair out in the palace. It was Medea, Aeetes' daughter. She fell in love with Jason at first sight and heard Aeetes' impossible condition. She racked her brains how to help him. Then, she asked the goddess, Hecate for help. Hecate told her to make a magic potion with herbs from the woods and Medea obeyed the order. She asked Jason to drink completed it. Everything is ready.

The next morning, the battle with two bulls started. Two bulls had huge brass hooves and sharp, scary horns. They also breathed out fiery breath. But it had no effect for him with the magic potion. Jason had no trouble tamed two bulls and discharged his duty.

And then, where he'd sown the teeth, soldiers were growing out of the ground. Jason couldn't compete with so many soldiers, so he threw a big stone into the ground. The stone killed one soldier. Just then, soldiers began to look for the culprit and killed each other. Jason avoided the crisis.

At last, time came to get the Golden Fleece. But Aeetes planned that his army will burn Argo and kill all the crew tonight. Medea overheard that plan, and she let them know about that in a hurry. So Jason instructed his crews to hide in Argo and went out to get the Golden Fleece with Medea soon.

The Golden Fleece was hung from the massive oak tree's branches and guarded by vast and scary snake. So, Medea put the snake to sleep with the magic song. Jason took advantage of a momentary chance and got the Golden Fleece!

After that, Argo departed soon, but Aeetes who heard the news chased after them. After all, Argo was surrounded by his army. Just then Medea proposed one idea. It was to kill her brother, Absyrtus who was in charge of the ships. They practiced that idea and Medea killed her brother with her hands.

The strategy succeed, but Medea was tortured by a feeling that her has done wrong. So, they stopped at the island to ask the gods for forgiveness. Circe who is a beautiful enchantress said "The gods have forgiven you!" They felt easy to heard that and they went back to Iolcos with the Golden Fleece. Finally, Jason became a king of Iolcos and Medea became a Queen.


This story is rewarding to the reader for me! ... I know the summary is too long, but this book has so many good scenes!

So Many Fascinating Things!!!

Today June 3rd is the day when one of my favorite Japanese rock band, "DOPING PANDA" releases new album! And their one song's vocalist is BEAT CRUSADERS' vocalist, Toru Hidaka!!! When I heard about it, I was so surprised! I really want the album!

And BEAT CRUSADERS will release their live DVD in June 10th. I wrote about this before, so I think you know about this content if you read my post which I wrote about it.

And more, my favorite actor will release his second CD single as a soloist in June 24th. This time, he made three types of CD!!! I was big fun of him, of course I want to buy all of them!

My Family

I have a younger brother. He is now 15 years old and I'm 21 years old. We have six ages difference. To tell the truth, I have an older brother and a younger sister. But they are not here. They couldn't live only a few times. My mother had my older brother born dead and she miscarried my younger sister. Of course I don't remember about that. But I sometimes dream about my older brother and younger sister since I was told about that from my mother. In my dream, I can't see their faces, but somehow I feel warmed.

Several years ago, I visited their grave for the first time. In Japan, an aborted fetus and a miscarried fetus is called "mizuko". Mizuko is held a memorial service with other babies who lost their lives. And there is "mizuko-zizou" with them. Mizuko-zizou is a guardian deity for the spirits of mizuko. I was surprised to see the place. There were many many confectioneries, toys, tricycles... All of them are present for the babies. Mizuko is gathered together, so we can't find the personal space for each babies such as ordinary graves. But I was glad see them very much. I felt just as I could see my older brother and younger sister. On the point of going home, I told myself that "I'll visit here again."

Young people today don't visit graves of their ancestor or their relatives very much. And I also one of them. But I think that it is very important to express our gratitude to them.

BOOK REVIEWS #7 (The Incredible Present)

This story's main character is a girl whose name is Lily. Her parents are out to follow in the footsteps of the explorer with their balloon, so she lives with her Granny.

Tomorrow is Lily's birthday. But her parents aren't in their house. She was looking forward to her birthday present from them.

At the birthday, she got four presents including from her parents' present. She opened them in order. The contents are a book (to learn 1001 boring facts), a basket of smelly soap and a box of writing paper. But they couldn't please her. Then, last present was from her parents. It was a small box with a label. The label said that this bag can bring anything you want! She lost no time in requesting some crayons. And there was a box of six crayons! She pleased that, made a list of things what she want. But at that time, she noticed that there was another label with the bag. The label said that the bag could bring only six things.

She thought over and requested three things. They are a bed-making robot, a space buggy and a witch's kit with real spells in it. But every her hopes went something wrong. The result irritated her. To boot, her birthday lunch is not special, spinach. So, she wanted a zapper that turns all your greens into chocolate ice cream, and she zapped spinach with what became real. But against her will, a zapper turned ALL the green things into chocolate ice cream! A lawn, trees, Granny's hat... Everything in sweet brown!

So, she hoped last time to bring her parents. In a moment, they came their home by a balloon and returned into the bag. A bed-making robot, a space buggy and a witch's smelly CAT vanished and so many chocolate ice creams returned into green. And they told her that they stop exploring and being an inventor beside her. She was very glad to hear that. The family started new happy life with all the member of family.

This is not an ordinary fantasy story. This story tells us preciousness of the family. It's real heartwarming story.

We welcomed 24 new students in my volunteer club. Every new students are very kind and polite. I am now a junior. So, this year is last time to spend in our club. At such time, I am very glad to these juniors joined us. I will enjoy our last year in my club!

Live DVD With Your Laugh

In June 10th, BEAT CRUSADERS will release a live DVD, "Oh my ZEPP/PRETTY IN PINK FLAMINGO". "Oh my ZEPP" part is an image of their live performance. On the other hand, "PRETTY IN PINK FLAMINGO" is title of special drama in which the member of BEAT CRUSADERS take the leading part!

A drama in which artists star? I have never heard such trying! So, I really want it! I will definitely buy it! I am looking forward to releasing the special DVD!

All My Love, All My World

RADWIMPS is one of my favorite Japanese rock band. There are four men in the band. They are Youjirou Noda, Akira Kuwahara, Yusuke Takeda and Satoshi Yamaguchi. The members are different from the beginning of RADWIMPS. After much meandering, RADWIMPS got their success.

All songs of RADWIMPS made by a vocalist, Youjirou. He is a returnee child, so he is good at using English. Because of that, he uses a lot of English words in their songs. His pronunciation of English is superb! It is one of the good points of RADWIMPS.

Youjirou puts so many messages into his songs. Love, mean of living, environmental problem, peace, political system... I feel that he is very clever to listen to their songs. Especially I like songs about love. Youjirou made love song for his precious person. Every lyrics of love songs are his real feelings. So, a lot of people empathize with their songs and sometimes shed tears.

If You Can Be God, What Do You Do?

Last Friday, I bought one CD. It was Base Ball Bear's latest CD, "神々LOOKS YOU". I had wanted it for a long time, finally I bought it. It is excellent! I listen to the CD every day.

It has three songs. First one is a title song, "神々LOOKS YOU", next one is "image club", and third one is "BOYS MAY CRY". Every songs are great for me!

"神々LOOKS YOU" is a theme tune of the movie, "鴨川ホルモー" in which Japanese popular actor Takayuki Yamada takes the leading part. I haven't watched it yet, but I really want to watch it.

Do U Love Me?

This is a Japanese rock band, Base Ball Bear. They are young, but have real ability. So now they get attention.

They went to the same high school. A beggining of the band was a school festival. And then, they accumulate several experiences with support from many people.

One of the attraction of them is their special characters. Yusuke Koide who is in charge of vocal and guitar (the left in the front row) is clever and humorous. When they appear on TV or radio, always he talks a lot and makes everyone smile.

A drummer of the band is Daisuke Horinouchi (the right in the back row). He is always brimming with vigor, and delight everyone. But also he is really considerate man.

Shiori Sekine is a bassist and a chorus (right in the front row). As you can see, she is the only woman in this band. Also, she is one younger than others. And she is pretty and naturally a bit spacy. She is a charming girl!

Finally, I'll introduce a guitarist, Shouhei Yuasa (the left in the back row). He is a very taciturn person. But his unreliability brings put female fan's maternal instinct. He is loved by so many people.

It is said that their songs have a feeling of after school. Their songs reminds us of bitter sweet memories of our first love. But meanwhile, their songs are filled with life and death problem. With that emptiness and sweet-and-sour flavor, they attract me very much.

Pretty Animal For Me

I have so many favorite animals. But especially I like lizards. Some people don’t like the reptiles, but I like them. I think female like them rather than male. I really want to have some lizards, but I can’t because my family doesn’t like them. And most of them grow up so big! So, breeding them costs a lot.

The reason why I like them are some facts. First one is their eyes. I think their eyes are so pretty! I went to a pet shop before, I saw one lizard. I gazed at it all the way. Then, the lizard began to doze. The eyes was about to close entirely, but kept at it to be awake. The lizard repeated that over and over looked very pretty for me.

But to tell the truth, I have favorite animal better than lizards. It’s dinosaurs. I like them very much since I was little. But you know dinosaurs don’t exist now, so I can’t see real dinosaurs. Therefore, I like lizards. I think lizards look like dinosaurs very much. Actually, “saurs” means “lizards”. Do you know that?

I can understand people say lizards are unpleasant. But I hope that such people try to see lizards even just a little moment when they go to a pet shop. Perhaps they can find some good things about them or understand what I said. First of all, please see their round eyes fixedly. You may be surprised at they have beady and pretty eyes.

It's My Real Affection.

They look ordinary pretty girls. But they are not. They are member of Japanese rock band, CHATMONCHY. Ordinarily, they enjoy girl talk in easy with their dialect which in Tokushima. They have an atmosphere of nonchalance, but they on their stage are difference. They spill their real feelings as hard as possible with their small bodies. The situation is so amazing.

Their good points are so many. I will tell about some of them. First one is as stated before. It's a gap between their usual and during their performance. Everyone is surprised at that point and charmed with them. And girls feel strong affinities with thier usual state.

Second one is their songs. They make their own songs. So, there are so many honest feelings in their songs. Things about love, life, society and so on. All of them startle me. Especially, we can feel their life-sized feelings or affection from their love songs. I will introduce one phrase of them.



"That woman isn't exist.

She isn't beside you now.

So, you can't spare me."

I bought a new cellphone! I'm really happy! I have wanted to change my cellphone for a long time. The other day, finally I bought it! But it costed a lot... I will use this one carefully a good while. I like my new cellphone very much! Its color is wine red. It is so stylish!

BOOK REVIEWS #6 (The Canterville Ghost)

Main characters are the Otis family and the Canterville Ghost, Sir Simon Canterville. The members of that Otis family are Mr. and Mrs. Otis and their four children. Also there are twins. And Sir Simon lived at the Canterville Castle. But five hundreds years ago, he murdered his wife. And seven years later then, Sir Simon also disappeared.

One day, the Otis family moved in the Canterville Castle. The former resident warned that this castle is haunted, but every member of the Otis family didn't care about that. Meanwhile, Mr. Simon planned how to surprise the Otis family. But no matter how many times he surprised, Mr. Otis corresponded to him coolly and the twins surprised him conversely or worked mischief. Because of that, Sir Simon became exhausted. And finally, Sir Simon disappeared. So, everyone thought Sir Simon was no more. But some weeks later, Mr. Otis's daughter, Virginia found Sir Simon in the strange room. Virginia blamed Sir Simon for his mistake which he killed his wife. But she pitied him to hear he was starved to death. So, she decided to help him to he can sleep calmly. The way was praying with him in his secret chamber. After that, the Otis family gave his fine funeral. At last, Sir Simon could go to his long sleep.

Before I read this story, I thought this is scary story. But it was wrong. I really emotioned. I will add this book to my favorite books.

It was so busy...

From May 3 to May 6, I visited my grandparents with my family. My grandparents live in Minamata. I have visited their home since I was little, so Minamata is my second home. My grandmother is an attentive woman. She kind to everyone. And my grandfather is also very kind and polite. So, I really like them! Minamata is abundantly blessed with nature. The sea is so beautiful and mountains are great. My mother says that she wants to live in her age in Minamata. Minamata is my most favorite place! But I had one problem during our staying. In fact, I forgot my cellphone in my house, KUMAMOTO! For 4 days without my cellphone is very very long! Daily life without a cellphone is so inconvenience for me after all.

May 7, after the class, I went to a drinking party with member of our seminar. To tell the truth, I don't know about everyone very much, but through a drinking party, we became good friends!

May 9, I took part in a volunteer work. On that day, a sports festival was held. Its competitor is the handicapped from each home. We helped to run the festival. I have taken part in this festival as a volunteer three times. I had a great time every time because I can meet with so many excellent people!

BOOK REVIEWS #5 (stories of DOGS)

This book is made up of three dog stories. So, each stories have each characters. First one is "Top dog". Main character is Sprite. He is a pet dog of Nick. They aim to win a dog show. Next is "Titch to the rescue". This story is an incompetent sheep dog, Titch's story. He hopes to be a great sheep dog like his father, Bryn for his owner, Owen. Last one is "Trouble at Tile's". A lot of dogs appear in this story. And more, one good man, Mr. Tike and two robbers take an important role upon themselves.


One day, Sprite injured his paw. One scruffy and smelly man stepped on Sprite's paw! It was a heavy blow for Sprite aiming to win a dog show. Sure enough, Sprite's performance was terribly. But the trouble occured. A trophy was stolen by someone! At then, Sprite suspects that one judge's smell is same as the man's who stepped on Sprite's paw. Sprite thought that "He is not a judge!" Sprite grabbed his leg! Then the trophy rolled out from the man's inside of the breast! Sprite had the credit for catching the thief, won the first prize!


At a certain place, one shepherd and two sheep dogs live. One sheep dog is excellent. The name is Bryn. The other is Bryn's son. But he is a sheep dog full of faults. His name is Titch. And their owner is Owen. One day, they went for a walk. But then, Owen and Bryn missed their footing and fell into the hall. Unfortunately, Owen was unconscious. Titch rushed to a farmhouse of Mr. Ellis who is a friend of Owen to call for help. But of course, Mr. Ellis can't understand what Titch want to say. So, Titch set free Mr. Ellis's sheep and drove ahead to the place which Owen and Bryn is. Finally, Mr. Ellis found them and rescue from the hall. A week later, Titch won a medal for his bravely.


Mr. Tike had a lot of dogs, but he had to sell his house and his dogs for lack of funds. The dogs grew sad about that because Mr. Tike was a very gentle man. They hoped that next owner is also gently like Mr. Tike. One day, two people visited Mr. Tike's house. They are Mrs. Hood and Mr. Wink, and new owners of the dogs and the house. After Mr. Tike sold the house them, they suddenly changed. They kept the dogs penned in a cage! And then, one small dog, Pip sliped put of the cage and found one scrapbook in the house. From the scrapbook, the dogs that Mrs. Hood and Mr. Wink are bank robbers escaping from jail. And they bought this house to search for the gold bars to hide them before this house was built. The dogs got angry, handed over them to the police in cooperation with all the dogs. Mr. Tike got the reward money and rebuilt the new house with that. Finally, Mr. Tike and his great dogs lived so happily.

Actually, I like dogs very much! So these three stories are so exciting and made me smaile. I became to want to have a dog! Especially, I like french bulldogs. Their faces are so cute for me!

BOOK REVIEWS #4 (THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE)

This story is two sorcerer's story. One sorcerer is Sticklewick. He is veteran sorcerer. And other is Sticklewick's pupil, Max. Max is still an apprentice, so his job is cleaning the workshop. And there is one more important character in this story. It's Tabitha, Sticklewick's toad. Tabitha is clever and helps Max.

One day, Sticklewick had to go out. So, Max is only one at the workshop for the first time. Max thought "I don't have to any cleaning today!" But Sticklewick told Max to fill up the water tank. The tank is so deep, so that job will take long time. And Sticklewick added "Don't use any spells!" If Max don't obey his order, or Sticklewick turn Max into tadpole! But Max couldn't stand that. Max ordered the magical broom to fetch water and fill up the water tank. The broom obey Max's spell, and the tank became filled up with a lot of water. Max began to take a nap without anxiety.
After a while, Max was wakened by Tabitha's voice. A lot of water poured over from the tank! Max tried to stop the broom, but he didn't know the spell to stop. Meanwhile, the workshop became submerged. Max and Tabitha couldn't do anything.
At that time, Sticklewick came back! He made short work of the prpblem, and ask the fact of the problem. Max told that he didn't obey the order. Sticklewick became very angry and was about to turn Max into a tadpole! But Tabitha prevent that. Tabitha found that Max has a talent for the sorcerer because the spell which Max used to move the broom is very difficult! Sticklewick heard that, decided to teach some spells and magic.
Finally, Max became great sorcerer! But actually, Max is afraid of the broom a little.

I like this story very much! This story is so exciting and instructive for me. I also tend to try to get away with doing as little as possible, but I found that isn't good for me to read this story.

CROWS ZERO Ⅱ

Yesterday, I watched the movie "CROWS ZERO Ⅱ" with my friend. I'm fan of a previous work, so to tell the truth, before I watched it, a sequel of it makes me half exciting and half anxious. But such feeling was unnecessarily! All of characters have each strong will. So I was about to cry to felt their strong and painful feeling.

Rock! Punk! Pop!

It's my favorite Japanese rock band "BEAT CRUSADERS"!
I love their songs and of course themselves!

I will introduce the history of BEAT CRUSADERS briefly.
In 1997, Toru Hidaka (the center in this picture) formed BEAT CRUSADERS with Mr.Iwahara. So, when BEAT CRUSADERS was born, the number of members are only two! And the form of this band is one guiterist and one dramer. It's so eccentricity!

After that, BEAT CRUSADERS changed the member over and over several times. The form of the number of members became four people gradually.

In 1999, BEAT CRUSADERS accomplished an indie debut with the first single "NEVER POP ENOUGH E.P.". BEAT CRUSADERS worked energetically. In this time, the number of members are four people, Toru Hidaka, umu, araki and thai. BEAT CRUSADERS became known to so many people, and their fan increased rapidly. Everyone recognized all their works go smoothly.

But in 2003, the shocking occurrence happened. All the member except Hidaka left. And just then, the contract with the record company has expired. The member is only one and the expiration of a contract... Everyone thoughts "BEAT CRUSADERS is over..."

But, after only three months, BEAT CRUSADERS came back!! Moreover, the number of members became five! They are Masahiko Kubota, Taro Katou, Keitaimo, Masheeta and Toru Hidaka. It's a miracle member! And BEAT CRUSADERS moved to a new record company "CAPTAIN HAUS RECORDINGS". In fact, the company is run by new member, Kubota! And all new members works several bands. So, every member is belongs to BEAT CRUSADERS and others! Every such news surprised everyone!

In 2004, finally BEAT CRUSADERS achieved a major debut. It was the start of an easy advance.

ext, I will present about five special members!
First of all, Toru Hidaka. Without he, BEAT CRUSADERS would not exist! He plays the guitar and vocal. He is very clever. He studied abroad in America for a year when he was a university student. And to tell the truth, he worked for one record company while they were active in music when BEAT CRUSADERS was four. He was not only a musician but also a businessman!

Next one is Masahiko Kubota(right in this picture). He plays the bass and chorus. He is also clever. In BEAT CRUSADERS, Hidaka and Kubota are the brains. And he really likes reading and taking pictures. He is so gentle and clever, so he has many female fan.

Taro Katou plays the guitar and chorus(left in this picture). He really likes guitars and playing it. Actually, I like his cute voice! And he has a beautiful wife. He is the most youngest person in this member.

Keitaimo is a keyboardist(the second from the rightmost). In reality, he couldn't play the keyboard till he joined BEAT CRUSADERS. But now, his skill of keyboard is great! And he also has nice wife.

Last one is Maseeta(the second from the leftmost). He is a dramer. His brilliance of dram performance is strongness. And I really like his performance! He also has cute wife and last year, his first son was born! So, the number of his family is three!

BOOK REVIEW #3 (The Magical Book)

There are so many imaginary animals in this story. For example the dragon, the manticora and the hippogriff. They are in the magical book. And the main character of this story is very young king, Leo. He lets out them from the book.

One day, Leo opened one book in the palace library. Its name is "The Book of Beasts" and there are so many animals in the book. And the book is also a magical book whose animals become real one and come out. Leo lets out a beautiful butterfly, a blue bird and THE DRAGON! The dragon rampaged and eats some people. Leo thinks "I have to do something to stop the dragon!" At first, Leo lets out the manticora, but the manticora can't defeat the dragon. Next, Leo let out the hipporiff. The hipporiff is so gentle and it can understand Leo's words. Finally, Leo can return the dragon into the book with the help of the hippogriff!

This story is fantasy. I haven't read the fantasy books like this recently, so I was so excited to read this book! I never got tired until reading this book, because this story fired my imagination very much.

I work part-time job in the cram school. I teach two students at once ordinally. The students are assigned each teachers, so I feel that they are not my students but my brothers or sisters, even I sometimes recognize them my children! So, I have eight dear children now!

My Precious Treasure

The essential thing for my life is one book. It was written by one Japanese actor. He is an actor, but recently he is also energetic in a singing idol. He and his fellows released four CDs. And he released one CD as a soloist. Every CDs hit it big! Of course I bought all of them.

He is very good at playing baseball. He has special talent of a catcher. He was elected as a Japanese representative of baseball in his elementary school and junior high school days. After that, he entered a high school which is well known as distinguished for its record in baseball tournaments. In his high school days, he formed the battery with one great pitcher. The pitcher is actively involved in the major leagues as a leading Japanese professional baseball now.

His rare attraction is not only that point. He has so many friends everywhere because he has incredible power which attract many people. For example, when he worked at serving trays of food in a hall of ceremonies as a part-time job, he received a tip about tens of thousands yen in a day. Other his part-time job episode is as a complaints clerk. Other workers forced an annoying claimer on him in spite of he was fresh started the work. The claimer had distressed every workers, so everyone didn't want to helping any more. But after talking with him, the claimer said "Hey! Come on over my house sometime! I will cook the great dishes to the best of my ability for you!!" Actually, after that he visited her house. She is no longer an annoying claimer. She is a friend of him now.

But even such him, he had so many hardships. In the book, there are such troubles or his strong faith. When I am troubled or depressed terribly, I open his book. And I get answer and mettle from his words. So, his book is essential, or more HE is absolutely precious for me and my life forever.

The Birthday

Today is a special day. Today, April 18th is my mother's birthday. But she had been recognized that her birthday is a matter of no importance by the time she knew the fact.

The fact is, April 18th is also one actor's birthday. From the first, I'm a fan of him, but also my mother became a fan at some time or other.

One day, she said that "I think that my birthday is same as his is a tremendous miracle. ......I recognized my birthday is a good thing for the first time." I was so happy to hear her words! Because she experienced so many hardships. For example, a relationship in her family, her diseases ... So, I thank him from the bottom of my heart!

BOOK REVIEW #2 (The Snow Queen)

This story has three main characters. First one is The Snow Queen. She is a very wicked woman. She takes the people away. She scares everyone. And the others are Gerda and Kay. They are good friends and both of them are kind and pure.

One day, the splinters of the demon's rotten mirror got in Kay's eyes and pierced his breast. He became cruel suddenly. And finally, he was taken away by The Snow Queen. His best friend, Gerda started looking for him. On her way, she was caught in so many vicious problems. But also, she was helped by so many people. Her grandmother, the sorceress, the princess, the little robber girl, the Lapp woman and the Finn woman. Thanks to their helps, finally, she could help Kay.

I felt that the human tie is excellent! Gerda hoped to help her friend in spite of many dangerous things. And so many people gave their hands for her. I was really touched in that point. The human tie is stronger than the grim spell.

About My Club Activity

I will talk about my club "Asunarou." It has about sixty or seventy members now. We welcomed twenty new mates!

Our main activity is volunteer work. For example, visiting to some homes for the aged or disabled, helping to run some events of their homes. All of them are not easy for me, but they are very very fun!! So, as I finished such activity, I am exhausted entirely, but I am filled with a sense of accomplishment!

I got many good things through the club activities. I learned a basic way of using wheel chairs. And also I take to having more wide field of vision, for example, I think "Can the people who need wheel chair go down this street? This street is too narrow for them ..." on my way home.

I will graduate from this club in November. It's really sad, but by the time, I enjoy many activities with my fellows!!

BOOK REVIEW #1 (The Clumsy Crocodile)

Cassy is a clumsy crocodile. Every her action brings upon her bad cases, so she is disliked by everyone. She disappoints at herself and said to herself "Why am I so clumsy?" But she has a good point. It is making extra special efforts. She searches for the reason of her failure and tries to improve that point. I'm also very clumsy, but I don't make effort like Cassy. On this point, I really respect her.

But her job at the department store doesn't go well. Her strong will is always in a spin. That makes my mind painful.

One day, she became a hero quite by chance. She caught two notorious thieves with her clumsiness! I'm very very happy! I feel strong affinities with her, so her success is great thing for me!

He is an actor. But he has a great singing ability. His voice can move mind of many people.

As I saw a certain TV program on Wednesday, he was singing in the TV screen. It was the song which I've never heard. But, it wasn't the matter. I cried with his song.

My cell phone is very inconvenient! Its battery is exhausted easily. I don't use it so many times, but the battery runs out. My cell phone can't endure even for a day!! I want to buy a new one at once! But I don't have enough money... I endure for a long long time more than my cell phone!!!

Hello! My name is Miki O. At first, I will introduce myself briefly. I am 20 years old now. But my birthday is May second, so I am nearly 21 years old. My favorite things are chocolates, rock music, coffee, baseball, sunflowers and so on. As I just said, I like baseball very much, but I especially like Japanese professional baseball. There are twelve ball clubs in Japan. Of all the ball clubs, I have been supporting on team, the Fukuoka SoftBank HAWKS. Fukuoka is the home of the team and Kumamoto where I live borders on Fukuoka. I will bring the uniform of my most favorite player, Munenori Kawasaki. But I don't know about the major leagues very much. If someone likes the majors in your family, please tell me about it.

I want to know more about your country, other things. For example culture, tradition, the present fashion. I want to learn so many things. Do you have any questions or interests about Japan? If you do, please ask me before my leaving for your country. I will go to your place after I learn about your questions properly because I know only few things about Japan. I will be able to answer your all questions by the time I meet you.

My Part Time Job

I work for cram school as part time job. Today, my role was keeping an eye on telephones. But ... I have NO call today!!! So, todays my role was keeping sit myself for three hours...

Next my part time job is 8th, next week. Next my role is teaching English and math for my junior high school students, so I think that my role won't be same as todays one.
